CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS WARNING: You acknowledge and agree that the selected products that you are about to purchase from Rapid Bike USA, affecting factory-installed emission equipment, are intended FOR RACING USE ONLY, i.e,. for use and installation on racing vehicles to be used on closed courses only, and MUST NOT be used on roads or installed on vehicles subject to emission control requirements. You agree NOT to use or install the product(s) on vehicles registered or used on California public roads. By purchasing this product, you confirm that you have read and understood this Warning and you agree that you will comply with its requirements. Any use inconsistent with the above will void the manufacturer’s warranty without further notice. 

WARRANTY:
  The 1-year warranty period begins with the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty is made only to the original owner of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product. The "original owner" is the first user to put the product into service in any fashion. It is your responsibility to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date. Accordingly, to avoid disputes, you should register online or keep your original purchase invoice/receipt. All Dimsport Rapid Bike products must be purchased directly or from any of the Cycle Pro – Rapid Bike Authorized USA or Canadian dealers. Any product purchased on eBay is not eligible for any warranty or a return, or technical support, with the exception of Shift-Tech Carbon. PLEASE support your own local shop/dealer/tuner. 
15 DAYS return period, starting at the date of receiving the product, 20% Restocking fee will be applied, and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Systems can only be returned if it is in unused, uninstalled condition in the original box/packaging.

   PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED!

  Rapid Bike warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for the period of ONE (1) year. Due to different fuel formulations and regulations. The limited warranty is ONLY valid for USA and Canada customers and motorcycles being operated in the USA and Canada

The USB cable, Bosch wideband O2 sensor, or loadcell, whether purchased as part of a kit or individually, are NOT warranty items. 

   If you discover a defect, Rapid Bike will, at its option, replace this product with a new or a product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to Rapid Bike.  Please attach your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the bill of sale as proof of the date of original retail purchase, as well as a detailed description of the problem for which service is requested. Prior to returning the product, you must obtain from Rapid Bike a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You are responsible for packing the product to be returned. If the repairs are covered by the Limited Warranty, the Customer pays all shipping fees. 

  This warranty applies only to Rapid Bike products manufactured by DimSport that is listed and being sold on this website. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect and/or damage during any type of transportation resulting from improper packaging; damage to any product which has been altered in any fashion, including the alteration or removal of any Rapid Bike serial number; damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including and not by way of limitation, lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user, and/or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the User's Manual; and service performance by an unauthorized person or entity. Any implied warranties, including fitness for use and merchantability, are limited to the period of the expressed warranty set forth above. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all others. 

  Rapid Bike hereby expressly disclaims liability and shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential and contingent damages or any kind or nature, including, without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract or otherwise; damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of time or lost of profits. RETURN POLICY:

Product/s can be returned NO LATER than 15 days after receiving the goods as long as in unused/unopened condition, this also applies to product packaging as well. There will be 20% restocking fee and the shipping charge will not be refunded. Please do not return the product without making prior arrangements.
