COVERAGE

Rapid Bike USA warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. Because fuel formulations and emissions regulations vary by region, this limited warranty is valid only for customers and motorcycles located and operated in the USA or Canada.

This warranty applies only to the original owner — the first person to put the product into service — and does not transfer to any subsequent purchaser or owner. You are responsible for establishing the warranty period by retaining your original purchase invoice or receipt.

All Dimsport Rapid Bike products must be purchased directly from Rapid Bike USA or from an authorized Rapid Bike USA dealer. Products purchased through eBay are not eligible for warranty coverage or return.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you discover a defect, Rapid Bike USA will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge, provided it is returned during the warranty period with transportation charges prepaid. Before removing the product from the motorcycle or assuming it is at fault, the end user or installer must first contact Rapid Bike USA technical support and complete diagnostic troubleshooting together with our team. An RMA# will not be issued, and a product will not be accepted for warranty return, until this diagnostic process has been completed and a defect has been confirmed. Many reported issues are resolved through diagnostics — such as wiring, installation, or configuration problems — without needing to remove or return the product.

Once diagnostics confirm a defect, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Rapid Bike USA before returning the product. Include with your return:

Your name, address, and telephone number
A copy of your bill of sale as proof of original purchase date
A detailed description of the issue

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty covers only Rapid Bike products manufactured by Dimsport. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper packaging during transportation; damage to a product that has been altered in any way, including removal or alteration of the Rapid Bike serial number; or damage resulting from causes other than a product defect, including lack of technical skill or experience, failure to follow the instructions in the User's Manual, or service performed by an unauthorized person or entity.

Any implied warranties, including fitness for use and merchantability, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. The remedies provided here are exclusive and instead of all others. Rapid Bike USA disclaims liability for incidental, consequential, or contingent damages of any kind — including damage to persons or property, loss of data, or loss of profits — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise. Rapid Bike USA is not responsible for damage caused by errors or omissions in its manuals, instructions, or related materials.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS — EMISSIONS NOTICE

You acknowledge and agree that the product you are purchasing affects factory-installed emissions equipment and is intended for racing use only — for installation on racing vehicles used on closed courses only. It must not be used on public roads or installed on vehicles subject to emissions control requirements. You agree not to use or install this product on vehicles registered or operated on

California public roads. By purchasing this product, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice and agree to comply with it. Any use inconsistent with this notice will void the manufacturer's warranty without further notice. This product is not approved by the EPA or C.A.R.B.
