Rapid Bike Evo2 is the next-generation fuel-management system for riders who want Dimsport’s injection-oriented Rapid Bike control with a modern smartphone workflow. Officially framed as unlocking your motorcycle’s potential, Evo2 pairs complete fueling ambition with APP management, auto-adaptive mapping, and a compact kit for a specific motorcycle application.

Headline Evo2 features

  • Improve performance & carburetion — smoother delivery with Rapid Bike’s performance-oriented fueling approach, low/mid RPM torque and power feel

  • Management via APP — three customizable riding modes: ECO, TOURING, and SPORT, each with fine intensity levels (20-level structure on official Evo2 communications)

  • Diagnostic function — read and clear errors from the stock ECU via the app (application dependent)

  • Exclusive auto-adaptive function — mapping optimizes from your riding style and modifications after approximately 150+ miles.

  • On/off flexibility — enable or disable module intervention quickly to move between optimized and nearer-stock character

  • Complete kit — model-configured control module, dedicated plug & play wiring, illustrated instructions

Ride modes that match real riding

ECO prioritizes efficiency-minded intervention, TOURING balances comfort and response for everyday miles, and SPORT leans into stronger performance character. Intensity control lets you decide how much the additional module intervenes versus the calibration baseline developed by Rapid Bike technicians.

This is the practical difference versus earlier Evo workflows: instead of treating tuning as a workshop-only task, Evo2 puts key decisions in a phone-first interface designed for SMART/EVO2/RACING2 generation modules.

Auto-adaptive fueling, explained

Evo2 continues Rapid Bike’s signature self-adaptive idea: while you ride, the module can refine fueling corrections using lambda-oriented intelligence so the bike stays aligned with how you actually use it — including after modifications. It is not a one-and-done static map mindset; it is a living calibration layer on top of the OEM strategy.

Platform depth beyond the app

The Evo lineage supports advanced Rapid Bike capabilities depending on bike and accessories: optional electronic quickshifter paths, multiple map management, RPM adjustments (up to +1000 rpm where supported), engine-brake related strategies, and per-cylinder approaches on suitable twin-lambda engines. Evo2 keeps that performance DNA while adding the app/diagnostic experience riders expect now.

What’s in the box

  1. Rapid Bike Evo2 control module for your motorcycle

  2. Dedicated plug & play wiring harness

  3. Illustrated installation instructions

Who Evo2 is for

  • Riders who want app-managed fuel control with real mode selection

  • Owners upgrading from Easy/lambda-only kits to full Evo-class fueling

  • Street, sport-touring, and sport riders who value diagnostics + adaptive mapping

  • Buyers comparing Evo vs Evo2 who prefer the newer Bluetooth experience

Evo2 vs Smart2 vs Racing2

Smart2 emphasizes compact app-managed fueling for modern bikes. Evo2 is the fuel-control flagship with ECO/TOURING/SPORT depth. Racing2 adds racing-grade injection/ignition timing scope. Choose Evo2 when fuel management + app modes is the mission.

Does Evo2 change top-speed governors?

A
Seller's Answer 19 Aug 2026

Hi Ruth, Great question! However, the top-speed limiter removal function only works on a few select models, and we generally don't recommend it, since it has been our experience that this function does not work well in most USA-spec bikes.

Can Evo2 reduce heat soak richness in summer traffic?

A
Seller's Answer 20 Aug 2026

First and foremost, is the bike running hot or overheating? If it is running hot, especially in stop-and-go traffic, and all you feel is the heat radiation, which is most often called overheating, but that is totally normal almost all the time ( ask any Ducati Panigale owner; they will tell you) . However, if your bike shuts down due to heat or the temp gauge shows a high temperature, you should not rely on a fuel management system and must fix the issue. While yes, the proper fueling may and will help to keep the temperatures down but should not be looked at as a primary fix or the "only" fix.

Will Evo2 help a bike that only feels bad when fully warm?

A
Seller's Answer 20 Aug 2026

On a stock or modified bike that has a high-flow air filter and an exhaust system, no need to be concerned; the auto adaptivity will trim and make adjustments to compensate.

How do I know my Evo2 is communicating correctly after install?

A
Seller's Answer 21 Aug 2026

If the installation is properly executed, the bike starts and idles smoothly, and there are no check engine lights or error codes, your module is working correctly. However, if you'd like to verify signal communication, you can download the RB Master software and connect to your bike via Bluetooth or the optional USB cable. From there, you can monitor real-time parameters—most importantly the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor), RPM, and Lambda (O2) signals.
